Can I send bulk mail/marketing/newsletters from this service?

That's somewhat complicated to answer, but mostly a hard no. If your recipient list is small, say under 100 people, and the list is double opt-in, than yes. But really, this sort of mail really needs to go through a dedicated bulk mail provider. We have hourly rate limiting in place, and your account will be suspended just as fast as you hit that send button, if you try to test this. In short, if you need to send mass mail, use a dedicated provider for this. We like Mailgun, and Mailchimp for this, and they both have free accounts for smaller volume users.
